This includes keeping a spare parts inventory. Routine work needs to be done before and after fall/spring water practice. Additional in season repairs may be needed to keep the shells in usable condition. Keeping the floating dock, oar racks and the launch site in good repair and in safe/usable condition. Maintaining, repairing and replacing worn out structures. This must be done before water practice starts and occasionally during the year. The launch site needs to be cleared and cleaned for the off seasons.
